The DH and I drove to a nearby waterfront town to take a gander at the “Everforward,” the Evergreen line’s ship that is aground in the Chesapeake Bay. We live on the Eastern Shore of Maryland’s Chesapeake Bay, and the ship is around near the Western Shore about 7 miles from where we were, but we got a pretty good look at her. I took a picture with my cell phone, but it’s not too impressive.
I still believe the ship was disabled by the WH, but I don’t know why.

There doesn’t seem to be any reporting on help or assistance of any sort coming/going from the Everforward. No tugs? Maybe someone is starting a mothball fleet?
