Captain Gabriel Garcia, a 41-year- old from Miami, FL is a Bronze Star Recipient, Iraq War Veteran, a proud father, successful business owner & true patriot.
The Captain is innocent of all charges. In fact, before this incident he’s never been in trouble with the law aside from three speeding tickets. He doesn't incite violence. In reality, Gabriel fights for freedom & the American people's rights.
There has yet to be an event attended by Gabriel & fellow patriots where he participated in any violent action, yet he is being painted as an outlaw.
All Patriots are being dragged through the legal system rather than those who truly incited violence & destruction.
Gabriel, like many other true patriots, has been totally cut off from many social media or pay apps. They are doing everything in their power to try to remove his ability to support himself & his family or obtain legal council.
If you are able to, please DONATE to help The Captain in his legal defense & give him the means to support himself while he is being cut off from most means to obtain assistance. Gabriel spent $12,000 on doing the District of Columbia Survey to request a change of venue with updated data by showing how bias the jury pool is in the District of Columbia.

I really hate when individuals start an article with an over the top defense of someone or something before letting anyone know what the supposed offense was.
It would really help if someone who makes these pleas actually told us what his problem is and not just tell us to give money and tell us what a great guy he is.
How do you get the “attenuation”, the negative charge, off the term Patriot?
I like people who are patriots.
But their designation was hijacked by the military-industrial complex in the aftermath of September 11, 2001, by the Bush 43 Administration, when there was pressure to streamline constitutional protections against unjust prosecution. The chickens have come home to roost after that unwise development, in the DOJ’s current prosecutions about January 6.
Just coincidentally, many of the people who did that high jacking, have been revealed as the enemies of freedom since January 6.
How do you repair this term?
Most people’s reaction to the news, is highly emotional.
It strikes me as an adverse term to use in this situation.
It doesn’t help me to focus on the truth.
No reflection on the man.
Heck, I can’t judge who he is by what he has done because the article didn’t say. We can’t keep up with millions of people and their respective pet issues.
