Scott Charmoli's patients' teeth were just fine, but fine wasn't making him enough money.

So the dentist in Jackson, Wis., drilled into and broke his patients' teeth in order to charge them for fixing the damage he'd caused, according to federal prosecutors. By doing so, Charmoli went from pulling in $1.4 million and affixing 434 crowns in 2014 to raking in $2.5 million and performing more than 1,000 crown procedures a year later.

After they removed it and took a small piece of my jaw with it, I ended up with an infection. I had to be on antibiotics for a couple of weeks. My tongue still hurts so I told my regular dr about it. He prescribed something In case I had a yeast infection, 5 x a day for two weeks. That did not help.
Now my tongue looks “mapped”. Makes me not want to go back to a dentist ever again.

“I’m about to get a root canal in a few hours. My first one.”

I meant to tell you ahead of time that they don’t hurt. The problem I had was the sumbitch drilled 6 foot wide holes which have caused 3 teeth to collapse and break off. Besides, the endodontist is a prick with zero chair side manner.

Yes, the aftermath can be nasty...especially when there is “bone work” on the jaw. Hope you don’t get a dry socket.
