Why publish in a non refereed journal? And a non tech journal? These usually show up in an IEEE or Physics journal

20 years of research to develop EUV lithography saved the semiconductor industry.
It was nearly impossible to scale past 14nm without it.
Intel’s 8 year struggle w 10nm on 193nm lithography points to this key fact.
Parasitic capacitance caused by need for quad patterning limits how fast you can run the circuits.
