This was the cover of the second comic book I ever bought. The interior does not live up to the cover's promise:

I think Dick Giordano was in his cups on that cover. In “Flashing Wheels”, Iris, the Flash’s hot wife, was skating against KK and that cover depicts a woman looking a lot closer to Iris than the alien! lol
