I think Joe is just....”old” He’ll be hitting the big 8-0 this year. My experience with friends is that a lot of people seem to decline after 75 or so, and not many over 80 are really up to full time activity.

That’s the Prednisone minor leagues. When you hit the majors you’re taking 60mg a day for months. When I’ve had to do that I’d blow up the world if I could figure out how to do it. Seems like a good idea at the time.

I don’t believe Putin was stable to begin with. But you are right about his appearance. My mother in law took steroids for her long term breast cancer.she developed what her oncologist told her husband was called Moonface. I can see that in Putin.
And I believe even less than that. Some of the very same people who were insisting Congress needed to invoke the 25th Amendment and that Trump was a Russian agent.
I fully assume everything they say is a lie designed for a designated political outcome.
