Sen. Lindsey Graham, R-S.C., tells ‘America Reports’ that Vice President Kamala Harris' press conference with Polish President Andrzej Duda made things ‘worse’ amid the Russia-Ukraine war.

My reaction: If (big if) Ukraine holds out and wins without us, that will make the U.S. look weak for a second time internationally, and the sanctions will hurt the U.S. and world more than Russia. That would come back to really hurt the Democrats the next election. It will also hurt the chickenhawks and warmongers in the think tanks and federal civil service worse than losing Vietnam did. The U.S. actually fought the Vietnam war. We did not impose self destructive sanctions back then.
In this case, Graham is spot on here.

Lindsey Gacy Graham made things worse by calling for the assassination of the president of Russia. Perhaps Putin will return the favor.
Poland would love to be in the fight, if she knew it would be localized, but they know it would drag NATO in the fight, and they don’t want to be the scapegoat if the war expands.
They took a lot of heat for the start of WWII, they said, “Why didn’t they just give up Danzig? And why did they have to ally with Britain and France, when they knew it would just make Hitler angry?”
Harris is following Blinken on the U.S. wants Poland or NATO to get directly involved without U.S. backing. NATO members are not taking the bait. Either they get U.S. commitment to action or they will not commit to any direct action operating from their own soil.
Kamala is amazingly incompetent and socially inept.
She makes teleprompter Baraq look like a true statesman.

My thought is this: if Ukraine is serious about an air wing to help in this fight, they should be searching the third world for SU-25s, The soviet answer to the A-10 Warthog. The Su-25 is a proven and reliable weapon for tank busting and support of ground troops. An older subsonic low level weapon, Russia has still used it as late as last year in Syria. If Ukraine has any qualified SU pilots left over from Soviet days, this is what they need. Forget the Mig jousting matches, get some Sukhois out there and fire up those convoys.
