Last time I was there was in the early 90s. They had the best Ethiopian restaurant in the region back then. During dinner, we heard that another diner had had their car stolen.

LOL. My friend bought a condo there back in 1990. He chose Adams Morgan because it was all he could afford. I think it cost $60K. We all thought - seriously? Don’t expect us to visit regularly.
But he has rented it continuously, and sold it in late 2019 for $700K.
