Maybe the same people who did the original wiring on my '66 MGB. When it comes to automotive electronic issues, I know my first thought is to turn to the British and those folks at Lucas.

I have a 67 Sprite with Positive Ground, real easy to let the smoke out of parts and wires if you aren’t careful

Ha, ha. My semi-old 2005 Jag-u-ar S-Type has reliable wiring. Jaguar was owned by Ford in those days, so maybe that has something to do with it.
