We need a strong and measured president to lead America in these precarious times. One who doesn’t bandy loose threats of annihilation or petty insults against foreign leaders on social media. One who doesn’t necessarily embrace his role as being the most polarizing figure in American politics. One who passionately rebukes the media and demolishes their lies, but remains grounded in logic, reason, and facts.
We need a leader who can’t be tied to leading America into COVID lockdowns or, right or wrong, the mythological January 6 “insurrection.” And most importantly, we need a leader that doesn’t come with the physical and mental impairments that come with 78 years of life on Earth, as Trump will be carrying in 2024.
The frontrunner for that role, it seems clear, should be Ron DeSantis. And while Trump was the right man for the presidency in his time, I hope that he will recognize that his time for that role has passed, and he will pass the torch to his natural successor.

I would add this: If Democrats could pick the Republican candidate for President in 2024, I think they would pick Trump. They have a raft of Trump hatred to recycle & they can count on the never-Trump RINO crowd to back them up. All of that motivation disappears, the never-Trumpers are neutered if DeSantis is the nominee.

I want a president who will deploy a Torquemada vengeance on the thousands of democrat and RINO traitors.
A president who (on day one) will order the arrest and imprisonment of all the 2020 election coup plotters (we already know who they are).
A president who will hold a raffle for those lucky enough to be selected as the public executioners of those traitorous lechers.
Anything after that is just gravy. /spit

People who prefer Ron DeSantis (who indeed will be elected President someday) in 2024 need to understand there is only one way that happens: DeSANTIS HAS TO BEAT TRUMP IN THE GOP PRIMARIES.
Barring that – and there is ZERO evidence DeSantis would run against Trump now – this is all just pathetically weak wishful thinking, consisting of one strategy: basically hoping Trump doesn't run.
Sorry, that's not how it works.
You want a different nominee? You have to defeat Trump.

Trump needs to lighten up. Biden will continue to fail and Kamala is an embarrassment. There is an opportunity to get back the suburban housewives. Married women don’t need the government and Biden/Harris is making their lives worse.
In 2025 he needs to cut out the 10% of government that can disappear without anyone noticing it’s gone. He’s gotta go fast. Replace the illegals with Ukrainian families-we need the kids.
Same. But, early on I did say, he has far too much to lose and far too much he holds dear.
Now there are men willing to do the hard things and men who live with that level of danger and risk everyday. Ofcourse, they aren't gonna be boy scouts and are going to have to do a lot of the things we were told Trump was doing or going to do.
One of those men needs to show up, pdq.
If not Trump, then who? There is no perfect person for the job.
We don't need perfect.
We need strong.
We need brave.
We need a full understanding of what it takes and what is needed.
Trump could have, maybe, stopped this train 25 years ago. He wasn't the man for the hour. I like Trump, was a big supporter and think he did much good.
Ultimately though, we lost time, momentum and most importantly our voice on the internet where we were gaining strength at an amazing level.
