Jelly beans have an established history of quirky flavors; variety is what makes those little bursts of sugar exciting, and only so many fruits exist before you have to move on to things like buttered popcorn and draft beer. And, of course, the Jelly Belly brand has its infamous line of BeanBoozled flavors that include off-putting options like spoiled milk and dead fish. But at some point, you have to wonder: What is more bizarre, flavors that are purposefully supposed to taste weird or flavors so weird you have no idea what they will taste like?
In the latter category, meet Brach's Late Night Taco Truck Jelly Beans, a new collection of jelly beans with increasingly strange sounding Mexican cuisine-inspired flavors: Churro, Horchata, Margarita, Guacamole, Salsa, and, yes, even Beef Taco. The first three options sound overdue, while the next three may leave you wondering, what are they doing?
"Brach's is the number one seasonal non-chocolate candy brand in the market, with a broad portfolio of seasonal favorites, including jelly beans at Easter," explained Lauren Holtz, marketing director for seasonal and Brach's confections. "Brach's aims to spark moments of connection and sharing, and its Taco Truck Jelly Beans are intended to do just that — to have people connect through the fun tasting journey of the unexpected flavors and sharing their experiences with each other."
The Late Night Taco Truck Jelly Beans began rolling out to major retailers earlier this year, but have just landed at Walgreen's this week, giving them nationwide availability. However, Brach's also says they've released these taco truck flavors as part of their Easter candy lineup, so they'll be gone after Easter Sunday on April 17.
Packaged in a neon bag that would make Taco Bell proud, 12-ounce packages have a suggested retail price of $4.29 or two for $7.
holy crap! sorry about the size of that pic!

No ear wax?
home made is the best ;)
I think it’s this brand that has the popcorn flavored jelly beans. I see em in the Cracker Barrel stores sometimes.
The wife bought some and like em, but I didn’t care for em all that much. I stick to the classic stuff...lol.
imho Brach’s is the worst brand on the market.
Sounds like Brach’s is guilty of cultural appropriation. They need to be cancelled!!!
I’m cancelling the horchata!
never saw or heard of Schrafft’s.
gonna have to try some to find out what the farts smell like...
smelly beans...
I read that completely wrong the first two times.
These taco Truck tacos taste like jelly beans, guac, Salsa and beef in an unexpected array of sweet and savory flavors.
Walmart has them for the low, low price of $11 per 12 oz bag. I’ll pass.
Jeebus! $11?
That was Bernie Bott’s Every Flavor Beans.
Yes. My husband is a fan of the books and movies.
That’s the online price so they have to get it from an from an outside source. I needed to get a bag of Jelly Belly nearly 2 weeks ago but they didn’t have any and still don’t today. Crazy.
HEB doesn’t show the taco flavors, either but they do have one bag of Jelly Belly. Well, maybe since their site is basically unusable.
I get jelly bellys
