I have never bothered to, but you take a twitter screenshot. Upload it to postimage.com or similar. Then post that online image here same as any other image.
Embedding live twitter? I have not seen it here. Though it is done everywhere else.

Oh sure - five years of phony "Russia/Trump" narrative pushed by the Democrat/corporate/media establishment, PLUS a massive censorship campaign by non-governmental entities like Facebook and Twitter, PLUS nation-wide coordinated election manipulations, all had less to do with Crazy Joe being in the White House than some eccentrics stumbling around on the internet, investigating pizza parlors. If you believe that, you probably also believe that a handful of Russian hackers with a $100k advertising budget stole the 2016 election from "Hillary!", and illegitimately installed President Trump...
