Of course he funded other deadly experiments in other labs in other countries.

If the U.S. had been running or supplying or involved in any weapons, or bio-warfare tools, in Ukraine — Russia has every reason to consider it an act of war.
No different than the Cuban Missile Crisis on the other side of the globe 60 years ago.

...the US DoD is researching bioweapons right across the border from Russia.I'm sure we wouldn't mind one bit if Russian was researching weapons in northern Mexico.
