For glycine as a powder, there are some brands that have it very inexpensive, but I'd say a reasonable compromise with quality (from reviews at ConsumerLab.com) is Now Foods, followed by Nutricost.
The form of NAC I previously got was Jarrow Formula's time-release pill form. If only taking NAC, that should be best absorbed. I haven't looked up a powder NAC form.
Start with 500/500 mg or 600/600 mg of each, to see how you handle them. Do consider taking them separate from other supplements, and NAC may bump up serotonin a little, which can be a concern for some people taking medicines, so do some research to make sure you will be fine.
