Think out of the box.
Provide Ukraine with the āIron Domeā (like Ukraine requested in Nov) and set the limits west of the geographically disputed areas of Donbas and East of the river.
Negotiate from there.
This would provide a āno fly zoneā without a NATO country having to provide aircraft.
