So, .08% of the pregnant women lost their child. Don’t know much about typical drug test numbers, but this seems like a very high percentage.

That's 8.4%, not .08%. And it's a very hard number to compare, 1/4-1/3 of all pregnancies don't take or abort (miscarriages, not elective abortions) for various reasons. 273 is a tiny number to rally draw much conclusion from, since there is no definition of how far along these women were, to whether that 8% is over the normal baby loss expectancy, or whether it's a total number including all loss (which would be expected to be around 25-30% in all pregnancies).

Easiest fix is to put out a real list, not a list of every possible coincidental condition turning the report into easily-ignored garbage. But the anti-jabbers are lazy.

Scary. I wasn’t going to get vax but when Pfizer was FDA approved in late May, I got one shot. No reaction, not even a swollen or sore spot on my arm. Felt fine and still do. I have eye surgery coming up in May and they may require me to be fully vaxxed. Corneal transplant, highly necessary.
