Have you considered KETO?

I know KETO works well for some people. I’ve researched that a lot too. We like a more balanced diet than just meat, eggs, butter, cream, etc.

I grow a HUGE garden, so eating FRESH is important. We are growing on a steer for beef. I know beef is higher in calories, but controlling portion sizes can help with that.

I just want to eat ‘normal’ foods and lose some weight and get ON with my life. :)

Yes. WW is very expensive. Go on a KETO diet and become a label watcher instead. No breads, booze, milk, cereal, rice, or any other food that is high in carbs. Even fruit can be high in carbs.

I hired a dietician and lost 35 pounds over 3 months. It’s all in cutting the carbs. Walking any cycling are very good for low stress on joints.

I did keto for about four months then got tired of counting carbs and “managing” the vegetables, so I went zero carb carnivore.

Lately I’ve been eating cheaper cuts of beef, like braised beef shank and chuck roast. Pork chops are good, and lots of eggs.
