Eat mostly “Paleo” style. (carbs from fruit, not bread/pasta)
Apply systems thinking vs goals.
Lift 3 days a week. (alternate upper body days and lower body days)
Walk whenever.
Do some yoga.
Meditate/pray daily.
Get plenty of sleep.

Agree, the system is the key, put a process in place and follow it, walk daily if possible. Yoga use YouTube if you cannot afford the classes, you can build up 15 min then 30 then 45 or so. Good luck, let us know when you lost the first 10.
I love your take. I would add drink water to your list. Our bodies usually need more water than we give it. Plus it doesn’t have any calories.
