Voted for him twice! Love many things about him. However, I'm not the girl who's going to follow him over a cliff any more than I am the girl who worships the establishment Bushies! I want a populist CONSERVATIVE that can win & displays an ability to learn from mistakes and remembers that none of this is supposed to be about him! 🙄

You’re not entirely wrong. Trump made a lot of mistakes in the 2020 campaign (and post-campaign) because he couldn’t restrain his ego and adapt his conduct to the requirements of politics. But there were reasons why he beat Cruz and Rubio and the other candidates in 2016. Voters are sick of Biden but the “conservative” label isn’t a sure-fire plus. Trump’s strength was that he didn’t fit the conventional label and focused on people’s real world problems, rather than just repeating the standard rhetoric.

I propose a rule that next time somebody says they aren’t going to vote for Trump they tell who they are voting for, and that’s people who actually want to stand up and take the arrows that come with the job.

You listed three things that you say turned off Indy voters (which isn't true as he got huge support from Indie and lots of Dem crossover) and one of those is too many emails?.
Geez, if the emails get to you so much that it's a big non voting sticking point with you, just delete and unsubscribe from the d*mn things. That what most intelligent people do.

We’ve got too many very average thugs of powerful fathers and grandfathers who used their ‘legacy’ privilege to get into great colleges and ‘daddy’s contacts’ to get into ‘intelligence’ where they were Peter Principled Day One and every day after.
The problem with the deep state is a lack of the qualities that allowed ‘daddy’ and ‘grand daddy’ to get to the top on Merit... not just IQ or contacts but the mix of traits that made them trustworthy to enough people to move up.
Then more ‘deep state’ jobs should require being elected...
