I usually watch on my iPhone so I can be free to wander around and do my chores.
There are a bunch of ways to do that - including the app, or the web site using any of several web browsers that usually work - I’m just getting “We will be back shortly”.
Sometimes the feed on the RAV website (that has a Watch LIVE option) is better than the phone app/RAV feed, for some reason, if I’m watching/listening, on my phone.

Yep. I use the web site directly with a browser if the app isn’t working, or if I get tired of how finicky the app is…
This morning nothing on the iPhone worked even after many reboots…
Then it suddenly started working at about 10:35 Eastern.
I have never seen Rebekah Koeffler before. She seems incredibly knowledgeable…and frightening.
