You will eat the meatless meat and you will like it.
>>> If only there was a way to naturally turn plant matter in to meat...<<<
Well played sir!
No I won’t... If it is the last meat left the term “Vegan Meal” will take on a whole new meaning. But their cute little pets are first to go. They know not what they do... Meat eaters are going to find and eat meat no matter what they try to do.
Most people already have enough salt in their diet. Why they would choose to eat plant fibers that have been drenched in salt to provide flavor I’ll never understand.
Someone once wisely asked, if we are only vegetarian, why do vegetarians insist on faking meat with their plants?
Even if hamburger goes to $20/lb I’m still not buying that crap. I’d rather eat rice & beans.
Lots of salt and tons of gas ?
I’m not sure who made it, but I got a fake pork sausage dealie from Jamba Juice a few months back. It was good. Small, but good. I also like BKs Impossible Burger.
What’s the percentage of bug bits are allowed in this gruel ?
Olestra 2020
everything is fake in the world of wokeness...
See that crap in the clearance section at the grocery all the time. Old fake meat. Dry aged... LOL.
They are wanting to turn us all into soy boys.
I don’t think people understand. The point of this article is to inform the government that the population isn’t voluntarily adopting fake meat.
We’ve had our chance to voluntarily eat the fake stuff and rejected it. Now, it’s on to the next phase, which is coercion. AP is just giving the signal to move to this next phase. We will be coerced into fake meat with being priced out of real meat. And if we resist and reject that phase, then it’s on to the phase 3, which is FORCE.
I confess: I did not contribute to their sales.
(So sorry)
Even if meat gets very expensive, you can stretch it by mixing it is not things like rice and beans and pasta.
I remember hamburger helper from my young and poor days.
All the fake meat requires a barf alert for me except Gardien pork replacement and Hillary’s Black Rice Burgers.
I’m with you. I’d rather eat no meat than fake meat.
I see more soups, casseroles, stews, and so forth in my future. Most of those don’t need a great amount of meat to make them taste good.
Well, they don’t pretend to be meat. But have you tried it, and could you tell us what it’s like?
I have a couple of their ‘burgers’ in my freezer to try, because I’ve experienced veggie burgers that I’ve actually liked in the past just for themselves.
But these are very different, and reading the descriptions and cooking instructions has me wondering...
(They were also pretty pricey for just two burgers.)
