Ukraine update: Ukrainian President declares a state of emergency even bough there are still no reports of 18-wheeler transfer trucks parked in urban areas. Importantly though, only 35% of Ukraine is vaccinated. And only 2% is boosted. This is hugh and series as people will be crowded together. Supply lines of N95 masks will be compromised as well. If the internet goes down then that is when the real trouble hits because then Ukrainians won’t be able to access the CDC website.
