Well pretty much you can say no one knows anyone’s motivation if you have not met them. Have you met any of the politicians you have posted about here? If so why as you have no insights to their inner turmoil and what motivities them to do what they do.

It is not unreasonable to at least look at the information we do know and speculate on real incongruities, which is all any of us do here.

Relieving that pain may give someone extra strength to heal My wife's best friend died leaving her 2 children and a husband behind due to small cell cancer, unfortunately very familiar with the experience. How about all the ridiculous families who insist on all means possible on a frail ninety something year old who just wants to be left alone? I am not against care and comfort at all, just pointing out the moral dilemma of it, also I support DNRs and do not think it best to force a 90 year old to endure the life saving protocols as they are extremely traumatic. None of this has an easy answer.

Found this. The accident was very bad it seems This message comes from the family of Zoe Bethel.

Zoe had an accident Thursday night, February 10th, & sustained severe damage to her brain/brainstem & is in a coma. Unfortunately the doctors are saying the damage cannot be repaired & that she may not have much time left. We are praying for God's will to be done, regardless of what that may look like.

This has been an abrupt & very traumatizing situation for our family, & we can imagine how much of a shock this will also be to everyone who knows & cares for her. We ask that everyone please respect the privacy of our family during this time.

We know nothing about the personal life of this individual. Nothing. Public life is a far cry from what goes on behind closed doors.

People struggle with demons that even many of their close family members don’t know about.

Without a personal, in depth psychological assessment, no one can pass judgment on what happened to this woman. Her death was investigated. It was determined to be a suicide. The investigators would have access to information that the rest of us do not.

To immediately jump to “someone killed her” because it fits some crazed notion of a world-wide lizard people conspiracy makes us looked like moronic clowns who will believe anything.

I actually have worked in many Hosp's, and still work in a small Hosp.

I've seen gruesome deaths...You would not believe what I've seen.

I've coded 90+ year old people...that the first thing we do is break their sternums and ribs doing compressions..

It's not something you want to see or do.

I've seen people that think their loved one should be saved at all costs...because of MONEY...way too much.

My advice is get you affairs in order...and have a POA that you trust.

Make yourself a DNR...That doesn't mean we don't treat. It means we do not intubate you and do CPR on you.

Social media is destroying people. We are no longer content to live quiet and peaceful lives but instead want to be Facebook famous. And with the negative comments comes depression. I have been drilling it into the heads of my 10- and 7-year-old grand daughters to stay off of social media. Fortunately their parents agree.
