Patriots are reminded that the delegates to the Constitutional Convention had never intended for ordinary qualified citizen voters to be stood up by non-elected bureaucrats of constitutionally undefined, so-called “federal regulatory agencies.”

More specifically concerning so-called “federal” pandemic policy, the states have never expressly constitutionally given the federal government the specific power to deal with peacetime, INTRAstate healthcare issues imo.
And even if the states had given Congress such powers, it remains that the delegates to the Constitutional Convention had intended for lawmakers to accept the risk of getting voted out of office for doing things like withholding information from the public.
Instead, today’s constitutionally undefined CDC is now getting away with unconstitutionally dictating INTRAstate healthcare policy, including getting away with allegedly withholding information imo.
In other words, post-17th Amendment ratification career lawmakers are wrongly hiding behind non-elected federal bureaucrats, lawmakers wrongly letting bureaucrats do lawmakers’ dirty work for them so that lawmakers can keep their voting records clean and get reelected imo.
Next, patriots are also reminded that they must vote twice this year. Your first vote is to primary RINO incumbents. Your second vote is to replace outgoing RINOs with Trump-endorsed patriot candidates.

said this from the beginning. essentially i used county and hospital data instead to prove the lie of the CDC’s data. it was enough to contradict the lying CDC, for me.
so, anyone (especially here and certain doctors who should have known better) who relies on or who has previously relied on the data from the CDC or their “experts,” and is still pushing it is now willfully complicit in the lie. i’m so sorry if you were duped, but if you now continue pushing the lies you are at fault, and further more, blood will be on your hands.
i hope that that i don’t see anymore CDC “data” from posters on this site *supporting false assertions* about the CCP virus and the jab, or aggregated data relying on the CDC’s data being pushed as truth on this site.
Nobody hides data that agrees with their thesis, so fat chance of that.

That has always been the fallback position. The mandates are the problem. That and when did the data show the issue. When the floodgates open (a big if) the data will show the fed.gov could have reversed themselves and minimized the issues but we all know bureaucracies do not work that way.
