As far as I know, he was followed for some time. I am unaware of any testimony that he ever used his cell phone to call 911 to report threatening people following him. So, either he had a cell phone, and chose not to do what most people would be expected to do, or, for some reason, he chose to go to that neighborhood, that house, without his cell phone.
Curious.
When being chased by multiple dipsticks in vehicles, including being bumped by them, do stop to make a phone call? Not exactly a conducive situation for that.
