How’s it going?
Hi, Vision! Going okay here. How about you?
Hi Gina, counting the days till it starts getting warmer. Pork loin and tenderloin sous vide this weekend.
Oh, we are, too! The cold weather is the pits!
We’re having “hamburger steaks” with cheddar cheese and salad, plus some “pigs in the blanket” I’m going to make with leftover Super Bowl stuff. :-) Watching the last bit of the Daytona 500 right now.
Evening.
Hey, Viking! How’s it going? Better, I hope.
Had another neuropathy flare-up most of the week, but it seems to have subsided for the moment, relatively speaking. I can ‘walk’ again. My appt. with the neurosurgeon isn’t until April, though, the guy seems popular. Just got the Internet back - it was out all afternoon, so we took the time to get all the web devices tweaked. And I got Amazon Prime and Netflix out of the deal. LOL Praise God that nothing major happened this week. *whew* I’m gonna need therapy if the cycle doesn’t end soon.
Keep the faith.
Oh, keep holding on, Viking!
