The Ottawa Police have threatened to arrest members of the media who are covering the Freedom Convoy arrests.
The threat comes one day after a vow from Interim Police Chief Steve Bell to crack down on the protest.
“All media who are attending the area, please keep a distance and stay out of police operations for your safety. Anyone found within areas undergoing enforcement may be subject to arrest. There will be a media availability later today at 474 Elgin Street,” the department tweeted from their official account.

Translation: WE will create the evidence we need to support our activities.

Protesting the government is illegal.
Reporting on people protesting the government is illegal.
What is illegal? Whatever the government wants to be illegal as law no longer apply.
the only real media there are live-streamers and independent journalists. The CBC and other Canadian outlets are just Trudeau’s scribes.
Like Hannity’s reporters. They, liberals galore, would be ecstatic to see Fox reporters arrested.

I’m sure the Washington Post (Democracy Dies in Darkness) supports this policy of a news blackout.
Why-ever don't they want journalists there?
What are they going to do to the peaceful protesters? Beat them? Burn them? (Like they did in Australia.) Blow out their ear drums?
The fascists are acting fascist.
I expected the truckers would spend time learning how to sabotage their rigs. Set them ablaze if necessary. Guess not. Half measures.
This is it. It’s not gonna be taken care of next time.
Cause if we can't cover our rear ends and our brutality gets shown on TV like at the 1968 Dem convention, then we're in trouble. We'll sacrifice you guys to avoid that.
