Prince Harry's High Court claim against the Home Office for not allowing him to pay for police protection while in the UK will have its first hearing on Friday.
The Duke of Sussex wants to bring his children to visit from the US, but claims they are 'unable to return to his home' because it is too dangerous, his lawyer has said.
Harry and Meghan lost their taxpayer-funded police protection in the aftermath of quitting as senior working royals in early 2020.
The Prince is arguing his private protection team in the US does not have jurisdiction abroad or access to UK intelligence which is needed to keep his family safe.
His bid for a review of the Home Office decision was filed in September.

He is still Duke of Sussex. He and she agreed to put their HRH styles in abeyance, but the HRHs were not actually taken away. They were also told they could not use “Sussex Royal” or any version of the word “royal” for their commercial activities.
The joke is on Halfwit in this case, since nobody in his family or the British public wants him and his family to travel to the UK. They all want him and his wife to stay away, and they have no interest in the Sussex children. Nobody wants to see or host this backstabbing Judas and his vile wife, much less be part of whatever footage for Netflix they will no doubt try to obtain. Their own camera crew follows them around whenever they appear in public.
Anything to stay front and center in the tabloids.

It’s sad to see... There was a time when Harry appeared to be the ‘sensible’ Royal... Somebody who you could hoist a pint with and have a drink... Then he met his wife... She is obnoxious, self centered and condescending... She must be better than just ‘good’ in the sack for him to endure her and her baggage.
