Toronto City Council’s Board of Health’s secretary suppressed the father’s testimony about the death of his son following the Pfizer shot because it allegedly “disclosed the personal health information of a minor without authorization.”

Toronto City Council’s Board of Health held a virtual hearing last January 17th to discuss the administration’s approach to Covid-19.

A grieving father, Dan Hartman, told the council that his 17-year-old son had died after receiving the experimental Pfizer shot. He was able to share his account of the death of his son.

The parent volunteered this information. So what donotes "authorization"? I'm guessing that's code for "inconvenient facts".

What kind of reprehensible person would silence a parent talking about the death of their child?

Reminds me of: Child kills parents and then pleads for mercy because he is an orphan.

‘Freedom’ in True-dolt’s PRC (Politically Repressive Canada) is similar to Xi Jinping’s PRC (People’s Republic of China). Tyrants gotta be tyranical!

So now a parent can’t talk about their child’s health? Does that also mean they can’t tell anyone that their children were vaccinated and are very happy about it?

Death ends the privacy requirement.

Not in the US. HIPAA applies for 50 years after death.

My point was the privacy requirements don’t end at death.

You are correct. Here's the link link to hipaa

There may be an exception should a police report be filed against the healthcare provider for 'child abuse' resulting in death if no early treatment was started. But this was in Toronto, Canada. Different laws there.

But since his son was a minor, doesn’t the father get to decide what treatment he gets and what information to release about him?
