The Libs and the NDP have a majority, and they see their futires slipping away. Trudeau wants to jail his political opponents.Habeas Corpus will be suspended by regulation. Arrests will not require probable cause, no bail hearings and no arraignments. People will be jailed for the duration of the Emergency Act Order.No phone calls to lawyers or to ones home. People will be arrested and will disappear, be placed under political interrogation.People’s bank accounts and assets will be seized if they financially supported the convoy by dnating to GoFundMe or GiveSendGo. They will be treated like terrorists, No recourse after the Emergency ends.
Canada will become a nation ruled by tyrants.
So now is the time to step up.

The ‘emergency’ will not end unless Trudeau is removed from power.
If there’s any hint that the Senate will vote down the confirmation then Trudeau will indefinitely prorogue parliament, arrest his political opponents, and of course there will not be any elections held during the ‘emergency’.
Trudeau has declared himself dictator and his next moves will be to secure his power.
Because that’s what dictators do.
If their laws a suspended, in theory, it means there isn’t even a law now against felonies.

‘Little Potato’ is just following in his daddy’s footsteps. Trudeau Sr. invoked the War Measures Act (WMA) in Quebec and d’Ottawa in 1970. Both the Mounties and the Surete (Quebec Provincial police) both told him that the FLQ were a small, rag-tag group of terrorists and it was a criminal matter, certainly NOT an insurrection threatening society! In fact, most Quebecers opposed the FLQ. To put it in American terms, the FLQ would have been the equivalent on the Symbionese Liberation Army.
Trudeau Sr.’s popularity in English Canada was waning and the press, especially CBC, painted in October crisis as an attempted coup, rather than the reality described above. Trudeau Sr. saw the WMA as a means to boost his popularity by ‘showing those uppity French b*stards’. Unfortunately, it worked.
With both ‘Little Potato’ and Rocky Waterhole, his papa, I am reminded of a phrase apparently uttered by Louis XVI, “L’État, c’est moi!” In English, “I AM the State!”
