Not sure that is correct, even collecting a fingerprint is illegal without due process, mind you I know the law means nothing anymore in our country for people like us.

I was listening to a lawyer talk about being interviewed (interrogated) by the police. If they offer you a drink, cup, bottle, etc. then when you throw it away they have your genome. Because you threw it away, it’s legal. His advice, turn down the opportunity to drink, eat, etc. while in custody.
