Not sure that is correct, even collecting a fingerprint is illegal without due process, mind you I know the law means nothing anymore in our country for people like us.
People probably signed something giving permission...hidden in multi paragraph paper

So is incarcerating people for over a year without due process. So is closing churches. So is tracking and spying on citizens without due process.
