Generational Damage: The Democrat party
American Thinker ^ | 16 Feb, 2022 | John Mastronardi

The damage Democrats have inflicted on themselves will require decades to recover from.

The political punditry is currently fixated, ad nauseum, on the November mid-terms when discussing the upcoming fortunes of the two major political parties.

While the impact of the upcoming election is certainly relevant, as it is with most things, the long-term effects of what has been and is occurring, receives little examination. When one looks at the future beyond November 2022, it is patently clear Democrats, both as a political party and as an identity, have and are suffering a historic level of self-inflicted damage that will not be measured in just one or two election cycles, but will be measured in terms of decades amounting to a generational level of destruction.

Dr. Robert W. Malone, M.D., who was thrust into the wider spotlight by his recent appearance on Joe Rogan’s podcast, has been in the forefront of the discussions about COVID-19 treatments and the so-called vaccines for over a year and half.

Recently, Malone was interviewed by Tucker Carlson for his Fox Nation podcast to discuss not only COVID, but also talk about Dr. Malone, the person. During the conversation, Dr. Malone offered that as a product of the Central Valley of California, he considered himself “center-left” in his political and philosophical leanings. Further, he donated to the campaigns of both Obama and to Biden. But his next comment should send tremors through the Democrat consultant class as well as any Democrat politician with even a scintilla of self-awareness. Malone said that after what he has witnessed over the last two years, he would never vote for another Democrat again.

It might be tempting to say, sure, since he’s been vilified, demonized, and cancel-attempted by the Left and Democrats, why would be inclined to support them

The problem is that most Republicans are not much better.

As long as Democrats insist on open borders, killer drugs and drug dealers will pour into our communities intent on getting our kids hooked on drugs.

Well dressed migrants wading across the Rio Grande with backpacks and shopping bags are traffickers.

A backpack can contain five pounds of fentanyl stuffed in burritos.

Estimated street value: $60,000.

Biden’s latest response?

Allocating $30 million tax dollars for drug kits crack pipes heroin needles........even tax financing public shoot-up centers.

The main point of contention is the political split between people who want to be left alone and people who want to control others. A society governed by people who want power is the historical norm. What the Founders tried to do was craft a framework fir a government that could not be subject to power grabbing

250 years of jockeying has resulted in a perversion of the plan. Congresses, courts and presidents like Wilson and FDR have produced the swamp we’re now in.

Once the people who simply want to be left alone get fully fed up, it’s going to get messy and noisy.

No old criminal wants to spend his remaining days in prison and no old representative wants to wind down a political career in the minority.

I found this claim to be absurd. Any representative lives a life of privilege and ease. There are multiple ways to garner wealth as a representative, magnified more as a sentator.

The idea old representatives are fleeing the House, is because they do not want to be in the minority is bizarre.

And still the punditry refuse to acknowledge the 2 ton elephant in the room. Fraud may likely make all this moot, there is no guarantee they will lose this election at all and even a good chance they may steal it again and finally cement their position of power.

I have been reading stories predicting gloom, despair & agony for the Democrat party since at least 1968. So far, they have managed to hang on despite maybe one or two bad election cycles. That is only four years. By hook or by crook they always made a comeback.
However, through Party unity and perfecting the Election Steal in 2020, I do not see them too awful worried about the coming midterms or 2024.

They may lose a few local elections and a couple of seats in congress, but I can almost guarantee the Republican party will fade away long before the Democrats.
Hell, the Republicans are damn near in a hot civil war now, with three factions vying for supremacy.

"The damage Democrats have inflicted on themselves will require decades to recover from."

The traitorous damage the Demonicrat have inflicted on the United States demands that the Demonicrats never recover and that the Demonicrats are brought to justice.

Somewhat wishful thinking. First the 30–50-year-old college educated demo has been raised to think of republican as a four-letter word. Having to wear a mask and do remote schooling isn’t going to change that. They may be upset at some level with how the school board treats them, but it won’t push them to vote republican in national elections.

Second, the press will not push any of this because it’s harmful to their friends. So, while we will read about Durham most people will never know about his findings. It’s no different than how Covid was handled. The vast majority knew only what the media told them and so it became a liberal bludgeon to create massive change, and worked beyond their wildest dreams.

Even the defund the police movement will only have limited effect because thus demo doesn’t live in the big cities affected.

It sounds good. Let’s see how it plays out before we start rewriting the history books.

They have a core of voters who would vote for them no matter what. Then there is a bunch of soccer moms who often buy the schtick. So it will not take decades for them to recover.

The left has been firmly in control of kids for decades. They believe and consider what the left is doing as normal. The only generational aspect is for healthy Americans to die off.

This is why Steve Bannon says we have a once-in-a-lifetime opportunity to destroy the DemoKKKrats and eradicate them as a party.

True. Democrats are driving the nation toward a cliff at 90 mph. Republican will only drive at 70 mph.

Bu the time Biden leaves office there will be at least ten million more illegal aliens. All outbreeding the natives immersed in the corrupt socialist culture they came from and will vote for the same. Don’t believe for a second they will vote for conservative values. They will vote for free stuff from the stupid gringo. And where are they being sent to? Florida and Texas.

Stories like this are a joke. Idiots in out country have the attention spam of a gnat, and big media + deep state will control narrative as long as allowed.

Generational damage ??

Maybe, but in the long run its hard to beat the appeal of the “Santa Claus Something-foor-Nothing” Party.

It can be done but its very hard!

Laziness is in human nature. It’s both an engine for progress (Inventions!) & destruction (Government Welfare!).
