Good original post, and good post here from Pollard. Right on the money Sir. Problem is, to do this it takes sacrifice of convenience and lifestyle. Very few have the strength to do this and trying to convince them to help themselves is a waste of bandwidth. While I still share the forethought, I no longer waste my time to share the knowledge they will need. They are hell bent on getting caught with their pants down rather than sacrifice even one bit to help themselves.
