I am planning on flying into Palm Springs in a couple of weeks. And I have not gotten any of the recommended shots for the virus.
I checked the California's website as well as Palm Springs and they say they are following the CDC's guidelines.
CDC is saying I'll need to get a viral test as close to the time of departure as possible (no more than 3 days) before you travel.
I plan on being in Palm Spring about 5 days so my initial test would expire. I don't want to chance a test in Palm Springs and be told I have the virus.
Has anyone flown into or departed from Palm Springs recently and are they inspecting travellers for virus documentation?
>I second the notion that the Palm Springs Air Museum is well worth a visit, the aerial tramway is good as well.
Third, have been to both as a tourist.
Just say you are a celeb.
BTW the photos are cringe.
Few normal looking people.

Check directly with your airline.
” Covid test is NOT required for flying domestically in the US.”
This isn’t correct.
Hawaii still requires a test (or vaccine dox).
You can get there without one, but then you’ll be subject to quarantine.
Please let me know if you start to see any changes.
Again, thank you for your help.
I checked the Palm Springs's website but not the Palm Springs Airport site.
Thanks again.
I noted the Hawaii exception - but flying to Hawaii is actually flying to a foreign commie country anyway.
No problem. Feel free to FReeepmail me as well.
