fracturing your orbital sockets apparently is quite different than just a bump on the head in terms of thinking nothing of it.
i have read several articles from neurosurgeons on this matter.
the type of force is more consistent with a fall from great heights or getting hit in the head with a baseball bat or a high speed collision

To do that much damage? In a hotel room?
We really need to see the entire report.
It’s possible, but probably falling on the edge of a bathtub would have done that too. I’ve been to the Ritz Carlton and I doubt that somebody could have taken him up to the roof and pushed him off, dragged his body back, put it in his bed, and gotten away without anybody noticing. They have a very attentive staff.
Is there any reason anybody would want to kill this man in the first place?
