What, like Ebola or Marburg virus? Those are obviously far more deadly than the Wuhan virus, and that means they are not likely to spread nearly as fast or as far as the Wuhan virus. Viruses which kill or incapacitate the host too quickly to spread to many other hosts are necessarily going to be less widespread than less deadly viruses.
