Is this pizza like the “elites” and D.C. crowd consider pizza?

Yelp is what your competitors use against you. The least trusted source of reviews I have ever seen. They bury good reviews at their whim. Then they call you and ask for you to pay to sign up.

I actually eat there pretty frequently. There’s a cigar lounge a couple doors down and they will walk it over to you. They also have some great sandwiches. The pizza is very good. Not sure it’s top 100 in the USA, but pretty damn good. There’s also a sandwich shop in the same center called “supernatural” that serves some very tasty and unusual sandwiches. Gourmet Artisan is also in the center and has good sandwiches and appetizers. Worth a visit itself. The cigar lounge has cold beer and wine to accompany your food, if you are into that kinda thing. Right across the street from MCAS Miramar and not a bad way to spend your lunch hour...

Thanks for the warning.

Best pizza??? Mmmm

I’ve had a few good ones, but after a hard relentless day of at-sea damage control drills, a nice slice of galley pizza and an icy glass of bug juice hit the spot.

There are hundred’s of best pizzerias in America. Let’s get real here. I have eaten some very good pizza in my life BUT all in all I prefer Aldi’s El Cheapo pizza that is $2.49 or so. It comes in 4-cheese, pepperoni, and Four meats editions.

I buy the pepperoni and heat it just right on my stove, not the oven. Ask and I will tell you how.

“Topping this year’s list is Cheese Board Pizza, an offshoot of a popular bakery/cheese shop in Berkeley, California. The pizza joint, which specializes in vegetarian-only sourdough-crust pizza,”

New york city Pizza came in second place to this?

Yeah, right. And Biden got 81 million legitimate votes.
