I just recovered from COVID and it made me feel like I have persistent allergies. Sinus headaches more specifically. I take Benadryl. It works but only to a certain extent. I’m finding 3 tylenol/3 advil combo works also.

Benadryl (Wal-dryl, cvs-dryl, targ-dryl, costco-dryl, etc) is a cheap, OTC drug. There's miniscule likelihood that Big Pharma would be pushing this idea.
