One problem: not watching the game or the halftime show debauchery. 👎🏻👎🏻

I though lamb and mutton were on the Super Bowl buffet.

One of my favorites is Fondue Steak Cubes.
The Fondue pot is filled with oil, and you essentially deep-fry the steak cubes.
Messy and a lot of work to prep and clean up, but YUMMY!

Super Bowl can go to hell. I won’t even watch the Puppy Bowl since they got a former pimp/drug dealer/etc. to be one of the narrators. Can’t they leave anything alone????????
Time to turn off the TV and read a good book.

I prefer cutting up a filet or two when wanting to cook bite sized pieces. A good sear and a stir and they are done. So a good soak in a marinade or a rub is essential for extra flavor. The filet has enough flavor for me, just salt & pepper is all I need.

A Super Bowl party without chicken wings is like an egg without saltNo, it's more like listening to the National Anthem without placing your hand over your heart or saluting.

I might try it at the Daytona 500. Going to be in the infield at the race.
I'm rooting a little for the Rams. Matthew Stafford never been in the playoffs until this year.

Thanks for the reminder. I’ve got a 2 pound hunk of uncooked rib roast left over from Christmas that needs attention.
Looking forward to see if Joe Burrow can begin a Bengals dynasty this Sunday.

Sounds good, but I think shrimp is more of a celebratory party protein. Smoked salmon even more than that.
