So there it is. My wife and I, Native American and Scandinavian descent, unvaccinated, took therapeutics discussed on this board for two years, were directly exposed to Covid for over a week, and never caught it, never tested positive in multiple antigen tests.

Our son, who did not follow our regiment caught it, became very ill, but got MAT and was better in a week.

We continued to test as not to pass it on but no positives.

So between God’s blessings and the miracle of his natural bounty bestowed upon us, did we stumble on a simple preventive therapy?

I cannot recommend it as a substitute for vaccination. People may believe they have comorbidities that out them in the vulnerable category, but I’d recommend them as a normal supplement regiment.

Just curious, what does MAT stand for?

I did all the supportive supplements including driving by vitamin D as measured with a blood test to 171 ng/ml. Recommended is between 90 ng/ml and 120 ng/ml to fend off the virus. It was no help preventing infection with omicron. A co-worker at my wife's office came to work sick. My wife caught it and brought it home. I credit the supplements with keeping the overall infection as "mild". Having spewed the "mild" comment, I'm being very vigilant as others have reported serious complications a week beyond the end of the acute phase of the viral infection.
