I think I outlined some of the things that helped earlier. I mentioned Benadryl...Forgot to mention Colostrum (Ferric lactate?) Also had some warm days (45-50 degrees) and went out and sat in the sun. Rest and sleep.

Seems like the beginning of the year was bad for a lot of us! Mr G got the wuflu 2 days before New Years, and I got it 2 days after. We both started taking ivermectin immediately..... didn't ask or tell our Dr, just took it along with the vitamins etc. recommended here. I credit that with keeping it from getting too bad. Still not fully back though.
