The passages you quote are examples of what my father used to call "gobbledygook," i.e., a pretentious word salad in which the real message is hidden beneath a carpet of flowery language.

Most of what they say is arguably what would already be the case, i.e., that part of the evaluation of a criminal act involves the background of the criminal, such as whether they have a history of crime or anti-social behavior. But you get the feeling that they are really driving at something else.

The UK does not have a written Constitution. As part of the reform, they NEED a Constitution. I suggest an existing one that begins with: “We the People...” Of course, changing the references to the ‘United States’, to ‘United Kingdom’.

I have a part time job we have 174 staff members, 92 of us are unvaccinated over the last two weeks EVERY vaccinated person has been out sick AND ALL of the unvaccinated have been working our butts off holding the fort down, our GM said the other day thank goodness for the SCOTUS ruling or we would have had to close the damn business down!! The fact that they are STILL PUSHING these damn shots is just ridiculous NOW they want to jab damn infants Fauci is a mad man, an absolute evil little gnome!!!

My county (Seattle area) has had a vax mandate for bars and restaurants since late October, so I've stayed away. But yesterday I briefly stopped by m y local bary to give one of the bartenders a belated Christmas gift (a silly talking hamster toy that repeats whatever you say to it. I have one myself and it's a great stress breaker.)

Anyway, she told me that the owners have a lenient policy and don't ask for proof of vaccination even though they have the mandatory sign on the front door. She herself isn't vaccinated, and several of the regulars aren't. She said they've never had an inspector show up, or heard any customer complain about their policy. Apparently, the enforcement of these mandates varies considerably from place to place.
