The passages you quote are examples of what my father used to call "gobbledygook," i.e., a pretentious word salad in which the real message is hidden beneath a carpet of flowery language.

Most of what they say is arguably what would already be the case, i.e., that part of the evaluation of a criminal act involves the background of the criminal, such as whether they have a history of crime or anti-social behavior. But you get the feeling that they are really driving at something else.

How about lets apply that to the damage being done to the “greater good” from all the vaxxed having damaged and weakened their natural immune systems.

The UK does not have a written Constitution. As part of the reform, they NEED a Constitution. I suggest an existing one that begins with: “We the People...” Of course, changing the references to the ‘United States’, to ‘United Kingdom’.

PRC (Politically Repressive Canada) needs to adopt something similar, rather than our toothless, so-called ‘Charter of Rights and Freedoms’. Such ‘freedoms’ only exist for the elites, NOT the average person.

The UK and European notion of “rights” is already a mess, and will remain a mess, because they try to assert rights without any reference to God, which is impossible.
