Whi!e the GOP governor and legislature in WV should be commended for a budget surplus, I find it mystifying that so ca!led conservatives bend over backwards to spend the largess. One would think a rainy day fund and tax cuts would be the priorities as mentioned by Mr. Loganacre.

I don’t see that state revenues going way up is necessarily a good thing. I would see an increase in the difference between the revenues and the spending as good though.
