There’s a patent on the specific use of carnosic acid for degenerative issues, as this article mentions, but you can get a carnosic acid supplement (that doesn’t say anything about degenerative diseases), standardized to 20% carnosic acid, at places like Amazon.

Parsley, Sage, Rosemary and Thyme. Put it on your dinner.

I saw a video on YouTube yesterday that showed how to make your own hydroxychloroquine

Here’s the video I have no idea if this is a valid idea

Quinine has a very slim margin for its benefit/danger level.

Take black cumin seed or ivermectin, instead of this home brew.

It’s of use, but minimal.

This is NOT quinine, nor is it homemade HCQ.

This is Quecertin.

Quecertin is useful but it is NOT QUININE or HCQ.

Quinine is a tree bark and is also in Tonic Water such as the drink mixer by Schwepps, at no more than 83ml/liter by law.

So to get 200 mg of quinine, drink about 3 liters of TONIC WATER.

It is not quinine. This is a citric peel concentration.

Norski, the YouTube author titled the video as follows:

“Home Recipe For Hydroxychloroquine (HCQ) || homemade quinine || HCQ is nothing but quinine take zinc“

If it's not quinine, as he says it is, what is it?

Then there’s a second reason to not follow the video—the author of it doesn’t know what he is doing.

Quecertin, believe.

Which item is useful against C-19 as per Dr. Zelenko, who advised it when HCQ was demonised and became difficult to get. But is NOT quinine, which is from a tropical tree bark. This is a video made by a person whose first language is not English, as well.

Believe that bc both begin with letter Q, maybe much more confusion than formerly thought here. . .

Believe this unlikely to hurt one. But would not recommend using citrus in US or anywhere that the fruit is sprayed, b/c this would concentrate any insecticide in the peel. Not a good thing, don’t think. Perhaps fruit grown in one’s backyard, which may be case here, sounds like Philippines.

I keep a bush out back...
Pack my roasters fill of fresh picked, washed and thoroughly bruised rosemary as a matter of course.

“Parsley, Sage, Rosemary and Thyme. Put it on your dinner.”

Grow it on the patio, nothing beats fresh herbs.

I cannot STAND the taste of rosemary (or oregano), but I’ll order it in supplement form.
I grow basil, though. I season all my Italian food with it. Wonder if it has any good properties.

I’ve tried rosemary as tea. Not bad, if you like the taste.

" Put it on your dinner..."

Ground rosemary makes an excellent white pizza seasoning / topping.
I feel that a light dusting of it on a white pizza is essential.

So I already suspected that rosemary would someday save the world.

The insurance companies know the real covid story.

https://freerepublic.com/focus/f-news/4035026/posts

Green Paragraph:
Insurance risk experts also say the opportunities for transmission between humans and animals, high levels of global travel, increased urbanisation and climate change impacts such as deforestation and disease-carrying mosquitoes mean pandemics could become more frequent.

Heavy Hand Paragraph:
The potential for any future corovanirus outbreak to again become a pandemic would depend on its transmissibility and the strength of measures to fight it, [Brice] Jabo said.

Hindsight Paragraph:
Bruno Latourette said, “COVID is...the perfect storm with pre-symptomatic contagiousness, a lethality that is not too high to lead to super-strong zero tolerance measures, a waning of immunity and high transmissibility”.
