A growing number of historically Black colleges and universities have had to lock down or postpone classes due to bomb threats on the first day of Black History Month.
At least 14 HBCUs reported bomb threats Tuesday. At least one of them, Howard University, also received a bomb threat Monday.
"We've had these challenges before," Howard University President Wayne Frederick said Tuesday. But "since I've been here (as a student) in 1988, it has not been this widespread and also, I think, this overt."

These days, even when you buy a burner phone, they know where it was bought, and can review the security cameras for who bought it.
You can try some of the seedier places where you pay cash, but they will eventually find those people also and they will rat you out.

‘Hate crimes’ against blacks are dropping in number now that they’re being investigated. The same needs to happen with the rest of these ‘most likely’ fakes. The FBI needs to pull out all the stops in investigating this - then TELL THE TRUTH ABOUT WHO IS MAKING THESE CALLS...
