PITTSFIELD – A Massachusetts man severely injured in a 2019 crash in New Hampshire that killed seven members of his motorcycle club has sued the Massachusetts Registrar of Motor Vehicles for allegedly failing to suspend the driver's license of the man charged in connection with the crash.

It my name was Volodymyr Zhukovskyy, it would have taken me until third grade to learn how to spell it.
You would have more trouble with PP Krit Amnuaydechkorn, Billkin Putthipong Assaratanakul, Oak Puwanart Runapnain and Mon Hatsawatchon Wongsrisai. Four real names in Thai actors. The first name listed is their nickname which is what they are commonly known as.
Or it could be Off Jumpol Adulkittiporn. Read the last name slowly. It is his real last name.
I remember when this happened. We MA bikers were devasted by this loss.
It's felony murder rule for the individuals in motor vehicles office who refused to notify neighboring states.

Maybe one of the victims family members will go rouge on them.
Connecticut sent notice of Zhukovskyy’s license suspension to Massachusetts, but the notice was not processed because of “a defect” in the registry’s computer system, the suit said.

There’s a full shovel of BS. The only “defect” is the RMV failed to enter the data into the system. In fact, at the time of this incident, it was discovered there was a closet full of tens of thousands of unprocessed violations.
Good grief. The greedy plaintiff lawyers.
They never stop trying to get the taxpayers to pay for the damages done by bad drivers.
How did this ASSHAT get into our country???
Available evidence backs up your claim.
Some woke judge will likely say that a revoked license would not have made a difference. IOW, it can’t be proven that the license approval is a proximate cause.

That was terrible tragedy.
A friend of mine and his wife were riding left front in a group, in rural Iowa (about 12 yrs ago, iirc). Guy crossed the centerline, hitting his left side. No helmet law in Iowa. She perished from head injuries. He lost left leg below the knee, and some broken bones. Seems I recall some other bikes either went down or went in the ditch.
I would never ride in a pack. The spacing simply isn’t suffient for drastic measures.
It’s a fact of the modern world: There are people that are deadly behind the wheel. Remember the girl that was texting, and passed another vehicle, hitted a semi head on, killing her and her friends.
He probably would have continued driving without a license.🙄
Many, perhaps most, "accident reconstructions" are not to be taken seriously.
He needs a ‘visit’.
Then he should be dipped in it.
Th drunken broad who broke the neck of my dear friend dragged him to the shoulder 50 feet away, under her van.
The she successfully sued the families for “mental anguish”.
All I got was PTSD.
