Agreed. it would be odd to see it up here. Flags are much less prevalent up here than in the US for anything. Canadian flags fly in front of buildings and the odd house has them. I think the most flag waving time is during world cup soccer and the actual Canadian flag is nowhere to be seen in multicultural Toronto.

I tend to doubt many Canadians know or care about the Confederacy. That was an American thing only.

When we let them ban the southern flag here, it led to statues of our greatest patriots being trashed. And the way lefties treat the American flag makes banning the confederate battle flag look charitable.

For those from Rio Linda, the comment is describing the photograph you are looking at, which if the source is correct was taken from the parliament building. In the photograph is another photographer, circled, and he is identified as a known photographer for the government.
How likely is it that someone taking a photograph from the parliament building captures another government photographer in his image right next to the brand new Confederate Flag?
Probably more for American consumption. Getting a head start for when American truckers start their own convoy. They'll be similarly smeared by the fakestream media.
This I believe. There seem to be a lot of false flag operations going on. I think January 6th was an example of one.

On a more serious note, I don’t think his leadership helped the CSA cause in war, so he should be liked on those grounds by those who profess to hate him. However, I will defer to War Daddy’s opinion on that issue, which I would like to hear and which is undoubtedly better formed than mine.
