If I were an attorney I’d turn my practice toward long-term disability immediately. Between the Coof, vaxxines, ERISA and workplace discrimination, litigation is going to soar.
Yeah, but will any of these new things have codes that SSDI, or workplace medical recognize. I was in an accident at work and was denied comp because the dr wasn’t coding for what I had. But what I had didn’t have a code. Of course, lawyers made the decision. 12 years later, I’m still being treated for a chronic central nervous system condition. Good for lawyers, these cases go on forever.
